1. General Information

Hunter Health Career College (HHCC) is a private training institution offering healthcare career programs in North Carolina. By enrolling in or using HHCC programs, courses, or services, students agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Enrollment and Admission

Admission to HHCC programs is subject to meeting program-specific prerequisites.
Completion of enrollment documents, payment of required fees, and submission of requested identification or transcripts are mandatory for acceptance.
HHCC reserves the right to deny admission or re-admission based on failure to meet requirements.

3. Program Fees and Payment

Tuition, application, and exam fees are outlined in each program description and are subject to change.
All fees must be paid in accordance with HHCC’s payment schedule.
Missed or late payments may result in administrative holds, suspension from classes, or dismissal.

4. Refund Policy

Application fees are non-refundable.
Tuition refunds may be granted in accordance with North Carolina state regulations and HHCC’s internal policies.
Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the main office to be eligible for a refund (if applicable).

5. Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and participate fully in classroom and clinical activities.
Professional conduct, respectful behavior, and adherence to healthcare workplace standards are required.
HHCC reserves the right to dismiss any student for misconduct, non-attendance, or failure to meet academic/clinical requirements.

6. Certification and Examination

Completion of HHCC training programs does not guarantee licensure or certification.
Students are responsible for registering with the appropriate state or national certification body and paying applicable exam fees.
HHCC provides training to prepare students for certification but has no control over exam administration or results.

7. Use of Materials

All HHCC training materials, study guides, and digital content are for educational use only.
Reproduction, distribution, or resale of HHCC materials without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

HHCC is not responsible for personal property lost or damaged on campus.
HHCC is not liable for employment placement or outcomes following training completion.
Students acknowledge that healthcare roles require certification and/or licensing beyond HHCC’s training.
