The CPR Training Program is designed to provide students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to respond effectively in emergency situations. This course prepares individuals to recognize life-threatening emergencies, perform high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and provide early use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).

Program Overview

  • Length: Varies (typically a 1-day course)

  • Approval: College or training institution program following American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent national standards

  • Purpose: Prepares students to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies for adults, children, and infants

Requirements

  • Completion of the CPR Training Program (lecture, demonstration, and hands-on practice)

  • Demonstrated proficiency in CPR skills and AED usage

  • Passing a skills evaluation to receive certification

Fees

    • Covers classroom instruction and hands-on practice

  • Application Fee$35.00

    • Includes registration and study materials

👉 Upon successful completion, students will receive a CPR Certification Card, valid for 2 years, which is required by many healthcare employers and training programs.
